    12 session Package

    $576+HST

    2:1 Personal Training

    For a more dynamic training experience, our 2:1 Personal Training pairs your child with a partner, offering the benefits of personalized coaching in a small, motivating group. This option provides the perfect balance of individual attention and the energy of working with a training partner to push each other towards success.

Athletes train with the same group each week, following a progressive program focused on building strength, speed, agility, and injury resilience. Consistency drives results — and with an emphasis on proper movement, performance, and team camaraderie, these sessions are ideal for both individuals and full teams looking to elevate their game.

    Drop in Sessions

    Designed for young athletes looking to gain an edge, our 1-hour drop-in sessions focus on foundational strength, speed, agility, and injury prevention. Each workout is expertly programmed to build athleticism, boost performance, and support long-term development in a high-energy, supportive environment.

    Commit to the process. Deeper progression, stronger results — best value for serious teams and athletes. Once a week for sixteen weeks or twice a week for eight weeks, depending on group preference and availability.
