At LXK, We incorporate exercises that build strength in the muscles most vulnerable to injury and integrate recovery protocols to keep our athletes healthy and performing at their best.

    Why Athlete-Specific S&C Matters

    Every athlete is unique. Different sports demand different skills, movement patterns, and energy systems. A generic training program won’t give you the results you’re looking for. Our S&C programs are designed specifically for your sport, goals, and individual needs—ensuring you get the right training at the right intensity for maximum results.

    Training Options: Small & Large Group Sessions

    We offer both small group sessions (2-10 athletes) and large group training (11-20 athletes), allowing you to choose the environment that best fits your training style and personal goals.


    • Small Group Sessions: Ideal for athletes who want more individualized attention and specific coaching. With fewer participants, our coaches can focus on your form, technique, and progression while still benefiting from the energy and camaraderie of a group environment. These sessions allow for more customization and direct feedback.


    • Large Group Sessions: Perfect for athletes who thrive in a high-energy, team-oriented environment. These sessions focus on building athletic skills and improving strength, speed, power, and conditioning in a group setting. With a focus on community and competition, large group sessions provide motivation and a sense of camaraderie while still maintaining a performance-driven focus.

    Our Approach to Athlete Strength and Conditioning

    Sport-Specific Programming
    Each athlete has different demands, and we create customized training plans based on your sport. Whether you're a basketball player, football star, or track athlete, our S&C programs are designed to improve the key attributes that will make you more successful in your sport—be it strength, speed, agility, or endurance.


    Movement Efficiency
    We prioritize efficient movement and sound biomechanics. By enhancing mobility, stability, and agility, we not only improve performance but also reduce the risk of injury. With individualized attention in small group sessions, we’re able to focus on improving your mechanics and addressing any weaknesses that could affect your performance.


    Injury Prevention & Recovery
    Injury prevention is a top priority in our athlete-specific programs. We incorporate exercises that build strength in the muscles most vulnerable to injury and integrate recovery protocols to keep you healthy and performing at your best. In our small group sessions, we have the flexibility to give extra attention to injury prevention and recovery strategies based on your individual needs.

    Progressive Overload
    To build long-term strength and power, your training program will follow the principles of progressive overload. Whether you’re training in a group or one-on-one with a coach, we gradually increase the intensity to ensure that you’re continuously challenged without overtraining.


    Performance Testing & Monitoring
    We track your progress through regular assessments, ensuring that your training is always moving you toward your goals. Whether in small or large group sessions, we measure key performance indicators (KPIs) like strength, speed, power, and endurance to ensure you’re progressing and making gains.
